Garlic peanuts are made with fresh garlic, peanuts, sea salt, and canola oil.
I try to source locally and support small business whenever possible to support the local economy.
I crush the garlic the day it is going to be used for cooking the peanuts.
Once you open the bag, try and eat the peanuts within two weeks, if you can wait that long!
